Refund and Returns Policy

Overview

Our refund and returns policy is valid for 30 days from the date of purchase. Unfortunately, once 30 days have passed, we are unable to provide a full refund or exchange.

To qualify for a return, your item must be unused, in its original condition, and returned in the original packaging.

Additional non-returnable items:

  • Downloadable software products

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Partial refunds are granted in specific situations:

  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

After we receive and inspect your return, we will email you to confirm that your item has been received. We will also notify you whether your refund has been approved or declined.

If your refund is approved, it will be processed promptly, and the credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original payment method within the specified timeframe.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

If the item was marked as a gift at purchase and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit equal to the value of your return. After we receive the returned item, a gift certificate will be sent to you by mail.

You are responsible for covering the shipping costs when returning your item. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable. If a refund is issued, the return shipping cost will be deducted from the total amount.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
